Terms and Conditions

Orders placed via this website are contractually binding and subject to the following terms and conditions unless specifically agreed otherwise.

1.    All products supplied remain the property of L J Millington until paid in full.

2.    We endeavour to deliver all orders within 10 working days, if this is not possible, we will

       contact you to discuss lead times.

3.    We have a minimum order value of £100 (excluding VAT and Carriage). Any orders below

       the value will be dealt with on a pro-forma basis. We accept debit card payments at no extra

       cost, but credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge.

4.    Standard Credit Terms are 30 days from Date of Invoice.

       4.a    Overdue Accounts liable to ½% per week surcharge.

5.    Prices do not include VAT or delivery charges.

6.    Any damage / discrepancies should be reported within 3 working days.
